Who is affected by Computer Video Games?

 Young people are directly affected by computer games. For example, games such as space invaders  and roadrunner  were found to cause children under the age of 5 to be violent. The other example is that high school shootings in the USA which were partly blamed on video gaming.
 
When does one notice the effects of computer games on health?

1.      When one spends more time playing computer games. This is the beginning of computer game addiction.

2.      When one’s behaviour changes to anger, shouting and violence.

3.      When one’s school work gets worse with no homework done and lower class grades.

4.      When one becomes lonelier, spending most of their time alone on computer games.

5.      When one’s body weight begins to increase due to spending more time on games and food and less time on exercise.
